The Department of Radiology held a small celebration for the graduating residents on Friday, June 14th, 2024. Over 80 individuals attended the event including faculty, residents, staff, friends and family members. Prior to the event that evening, residents and faculty had the opportunity to vote for several awards. Recipients of the awards were:

The Richard L. Baron Leadership Award

Selected by the Faculty, Fellows, and Residents of the Department of Radiology
Given to the one faculty member who, over the course of the year, has best exemplified the following qualities: Leadership, Vision, Commitment, Achievement

The Carl R. Fuhrman Excellence in Teaching Award

In recognition of the faculty member who has demonstrated the highest commitment to, and consistent excellence in, resident education
